It can depend on where you live, whether you want a green or a blue, and whether you want one that is handraised or not (which I really recommend if you want a pet)
In Australia, you can usually pick up a Quaker for $ 300-$ 400 depending on the colour, that is a handraised one. Aviary Quakers go for maybe $ 200 each.
In America, most of these parrots are much more common- just watch out, though- because they are illegal in about 13 states over there! So you may not be able to have one where you are.
I would expect a handreared Quaker will cost you somewhere between $ 200-$ 400

I make my parakeets toys using stainless steel wire, or small bead chains & put wooden beads & a bell on them. I hang them from the perches, sides & top of the cage. They love them.

Special Baby English Budgie / Parakeet Plays With Little Toy For FIRST TIME

Today, I couldn’t help but love it when I noticed Shyloh, 3 1/2 month old Parakeet/English Budgie mix, playing with a little ball that was on the floor. It may not seem like much, but it’s a great big step in the right direction for him. He would constantly try to fly, crash and land on his tail feathers – which would break off one at a time. One time he looked like he was having a seizure, and his head turned to the side. It stayed like that for about a week, then he was ok. He had a rough start and I didn’t think he’d make it. But a little extra time, attention and making sure he ate and drank, he has come a long way.
